Country Representative for Vocational Training Centers (m/f/d)

We are looking for motivated sales representatives in Africa and Southeast Asia who can work independently in their home country. With your established network of educational institutions, companies, and authorities, you will present our innovative Vocational Training Centers—practice-oriented learning centers for training and further education in technology and sustainability

Your tasks:

Presenting our projects to local stakeholders

Joint needs analysis with clients (e.g., schools, companies, NGOs)

Developing customized project concepts in cooperation with our team

Establishing long-term partnerships for follow-up projects

Your profile:

Strong network in educational/industrial circles (ASEAN or Africa preferred)

Experience in sales/B2B, ideally construction projects or education

Very good German and English/French skills; as well as the regional languages, which are essential

Initiative, strong communication skills, and project management abilities

About M-U-T- Engineering

M-U-T- Engineering designs, builds, and operates Vocational Training Centers worldwide, providing practical, hands-on education and training with sustainable impact. We combine construction, technical setup, and organizational management into integrated education projects – from initial concept to operational training.

Your Responsibilities

As an On-Site Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact, coordinating all aspects of the project at the site:

Overall project coordination and oversight on-site
Supervision of construction works (schedule, quality, cost)
Coordination of equipment and technical setup (workshops, labs, training rooms)
Liaison with local contractors, suppliers, authorities, and partners
Organization and management of training sessions and operational workflows
Collaboration with trainers, instructors, and international experts
Ensuring project milestones, deliverables, and approvals are met
Regular reporting to the mut Engineering project management team

Your Profile

Degree or professional background in construction, engineering, project management, or related fields
Proven experience in project management, ideally in construction, education, or infrastructure projects
Ability to coordinate construction, technical, and training processes holistically
High self-responsibility, organizational skills, and assertiveness
Intercultural competence and willingness to work internationally
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English or French (additional languages are a plus)
